Every month reddo10 wants to know what you've been up to. We want you to email into us and let us know what has been going on in your world. Your subject matter can be anything you like as long as it fits into the loose confines of climbing. Tell us about your best climbs, your mishaps, your near death experiences or even just air your views about issues etc. Make us laugh. Make us cry. We don't mind just get your words to us!
The cut-off date for this competition is 5pm on the 28th July 2008. The winning email will be posted on the site.
The prize this month is a fantastic chalk bag and Team Tee-shirt from Metolius.
Look like a pro on a crag near you. Warning – wearing pro clothing and equipment will not make you instantly climb like a pro. That takes dedication, training and a few jars with Ben Moon.
