To return an item to reddo10, you must follow these steps:
- Return the item within 21 days of shipment from us. Items must be in new condition and in original manufacturer packing materials. All manuals, accessories and instructions must be present as must the receipt of purchase or the invoice and packing slip originally sent with the item being returned. If your item does not fit this description we cannot accept the return. In the instances of a lost receipt of the item(s) in question credit may only be given to be used for further items from reddo10
- N.B. Climbing equipment cannot be returned for liability reasons if it has been removed from it's original packaging or we deem it to have been used in anyway. This includes anything that is weight bearing, (e.g. Harnesses, Ropes, Carabiners etc..) Hence make sure you use reddo10's simple guide to obtaining the correct equipment before you purchase.
- If it has been longer than 30 days please call 01482 845575 to see if we will accept your return. Or similarly email your request to sales@reddo10.com
- Create a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) by emailing us with your order number or name at sales@reddo10.com We will email you back an RMA. An RMA is required, it expedites processing the exchange/refund and helps us both track the transaction through to completion.
- Next, box up the item(s) you're returning, and use the bottom portion on the backside of the invoice to explain in detail the reason for the return/exchange. Please include both order and RMA numbers.
- Returns due to anything other than our mistake will be charged a 10% Restocking Fee.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Any items returned to us that have not met all of these criteria may be returned to you at your expense.

If we mis-shipped your order, we will gladly incur the cost for return Parcel Force (allow 2-6 business days). Please email us to request a return label at sales@reddo10.com This only covers incomplete orders or shipments of the wrong size, colour or item altogether. We may ship partial orders intentionally if we are out of stock at the time of your order but will contact you immediately to inform you of when remainder of stock will be sent.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and approve the return it may take
up to three weeks for us to process your credit card. From the time we process
your card it may take three to five business days for the refund to appear
on your account.
For warranty issues you are best served by contacting the manufacturer directly;
as this is the same thing we have to do. Warranties are honoured by the
manufacturer only, we have no say as to whether an item will be covered
by a warranty or not.
